Your goal: route questions correctly, act on feedback, and keep the right people informed.
Site + session + what happened + what you did + what you need. Keep it factual. Ask for acknowledgment when the issue needs action.
For a question outside your role: “I want to make sure you get an accurate answer. I’ll send this to our team and confirm the next step.” Do not guess about billing, staffing, or other students; do not promise a response deadline you cannot ensure.
Being professional never requires hiding a safety problem, misrepresenting supplies, or withholding information needed to keep children safe.
Before leaving, check in with site staff about the session and next steps. Complete the required feedback report within the existing reporting deadline. Urgent concerns must be escalated immediately, not saved for that report.
A coordinator asks about a missing supply, and you do not know when it will arrive. What should you say?
Give a truthful, brief answer and explain the safe plan for today. Route the delivery question to operations and follow up. Do not say “we have everything” if that is untrue.
Before marking this lesson complete: explain the response in your own words. If anything is unclear, ask onboarding@kodely.io before continuing. The practice reveal itself is not a scored answer or a recorded signature.
